Finish sauna

> In the dry sauna there is easely space for 17 people, it's a 20m2 room.
It can be crowded in there but when you friendly ask, people will gladly make some space also for you.

Turkish steambath

> First you enter a hall where an extra shower is situated. Through next door you enter the steambath of 15m2

Solarium

> For the customers there are two solarium available.
The use of one solarium cost 4,5 Euro for 20 min's. If you are not sure about the time of exposure, ask one of the vollunteers at the bar for advice.

Restroom

> With a round in the sauna, comes a moment of rest.
Taking a period of relaxing is an important part in a saunaround. The body experiences an intensive influence by taking a dry or wet sauna !
So it is important that you alternate it with a period of rest. By doing that the mind and the body will come one.

The Outside

> At the outside area, there are relaxing seats and a refreshing heavy shower.

> Here you can enjoy your refreshments from the cafetaria, relax with one of the games or read literature which are present.

> In the back of the sauna is the cold bath situated.

Cafetaria

> In the Cafetaria you find a nice collection of vegatarian refreshments.
There are a variaty of bread, cake, snacks and famous vegatarianstyle dinersoup from the housecook Erik (Foundation Veko) witch varies daily.
This all will be served to you in the relaxing way.
